INGREDIENTS:
20 Tortillas
3 Mirasol Chiles
1 large Ancho Chile
1 clove of garlic
1/4 of cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 Chopped Lettuce
1 mz radishes
1/4 of Cream
oil
PREPARATION:
Boil the peppers and then liquefy the garlic and salt.
In a saucepan heat the oil gets, the tortillas are passed through the chile and then get to fry a little, take out the tortillas and put them in half cheese and onion are rolled and put into a dish.
Served with lettuce, cheese, cream, and radishes
